The Otira Global Equities Fund is the core fund of the group. It is a US$ based fund offered to investors on a hedged or unhedged basis. The fund has a focus on global, growth businesses with values aligned to our own.
The fund achieves outsized returns through its meticulous research and due diligence on high margin businesses. The fund offers a unique proposition through investments in businesses that have long-term structural growth opportunities and strong balance sheets.

Thorough Screening to Define Universe, We Target Global Growth Businesses
Universe Consists of Roughly 200 Listed Businesses across our sectors of expertise.
Investment Universe has been pre-screened for founder-led businesses with potential to sustain strong revenue growth for years and even decades
Stage 2
Understanding the Business - Extensive Due Diligence
Out of the 200 Stock Universe, extensive due diligence will be performed on 30 / year.
Extensive due diligence includes calls/meetings with industry experts, customers, competitors, ex-employees
Relationship with management key to investment. We are meticulous in our assessment of management, and insist upon regular meaningful meetings with key management personnel
Stage 3
Valuation - 15% Minimum Return Criteria
We seek a minimum return of 15% on a particular investment. As such, we apply a reasonable multiple on our profit forecast 5 or 10 years out
Return must factor in a margin of safety
